What you will be working on
• Lead PMO-SG’s corporate planning processes by aligning and integrating divisions’ strategies, and developing organisational narratives and new work processes, to support PMO-SG’s strategic priorities
• Develop and coordinate PMO-SG’s innovation and transformation efforts; secure and sustain buy-in and participation of officers in transformation efforts through internal engagement and strategic communications
• Conduct organisational diagnostics, and plan and facilitate interventions
• Coordinate PMO-SG’s enterprise risk management efforts
• Design and facilitate implementation of change management programmes to support cultural and organisational change and performance improvement, in line with PMO-SG’s values and business needs
• Work with internal stakeholders to align learning and development programmes to build PMO-SG’s organisational capabilities
What we are looking for
• Possess strong analytical, written, communication and inter-personal skills
• Possess drive and passion to develop individual and organisational capabilities to meet future challenges
• Good team player, high energy and confident in engaging a wide range of stakeholders
• Experience in corporate or strategic planning, organisational development or human resources will be an advantage
