You will support the WSG–SSG merger transition in a time bound, execution focused coordination role. The role primarily supports merger and transition activities, while also backfilling operational responsibilities of core team members who are focused on migration and transition work.
As such, the role requires someone who is comfortable managing ongoing IT project and vendor coordination, while tracking progress, managing issues, and supporting stakeholder communications across both transition and steady state work.

What you will be working on
Merger & Transition Support
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across merger related workstreams
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to follow up on actions and intervention points
• Maintain trackers, schedules, run of show plans, and transition documentation
• Identify emerging risks or delays and escalate early with clear impact and mitigation options
• Support meetings, working sessions, and preparation of concise progress and issue updates for management
Operational / Backfill Support
• Backfill selected operational responsibilities of existing team members during the transition period
• Support ongoing IT projects and vendor engagements, ensuring continuity of delivery and issue resolution
• Monitor vendor performance, follow up on deliverables, and coordinate responses to operational issues
• Provide regular status updates on assigned projects and vendor activities
Data Support & Quality Assurance
• Assist with data migration preparation activities under guidance
• Support data validation exercises to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Help with basic data cleansing and mapping activities
General Business Support
• Provide operational support for various functions during organizational changes
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and merger-related initiatives as needed
• Support team productivity and workflow continuity during transition
• Contribute to process improvement and optimization efforts
What we are looking for
• Graduate with IT, Computer Science, or related background
• Experience in IT project coordination, PMO, or operations roles, supporting system transitions, organisational changes, or ongoing IT delivery
• Comfortable working with vendors, including tracking deliverables, following up on issues, and coordinating across multiple parties
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel priorities, including both transition work and steady state operations
• Strong organisational skills, with ability to maintain trackers, manage follow ups, and provide clear progress updates
• Good communication skills and confidence engaging HR, Finance, IT, business units, and external partners
• Prior exposure to system transitions, data activities, or vendor led projects will be an advantage
