What the role is
What you will be working on
Administration
Schedule meetings, register visitors, escort visitors.Keep dept org chart updated. Provide secretariat support for meetings eg venue booking, sharing agenda, inviting attendees, coordinating meeting materials, taking notes, etc
Surveys and Polls
Track various surveys and polls. Collate returns. Track submissions to be on time.
Finance and Procurement
Support procurement. Perform Good receipt and track payment.
Accounts Administration
Manage various IT accounts such as CorpPass. Renew them on time.
Event mgmt
Provide administrative and logistic support for events mgmt by ICTD. Post event feedback collation and analysis.
What we are looking for
Good knowledge of administrative and support work.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and simple IT skills.
Has a strong desire to excel, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, written, verbal and ability to influence stakeholders.
Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload.
