What the role is
What you will be working on
Administration
• Support planning and coordination of events, meetings and workshops including managing guest lists, invitations, RSVP tracking, coordinate guest communications (confirmation emails, reminders, updates), venue setup, equipment, catering, on-site registration, administer post-event feedback surveys, compile and analyse feedback data to identify insights and improvements, maintain event records and documentation for future reference etc
• Keep department organisation chart updated
• Provide secretariat support for meetings
Surveys and Polls
• Track various Polls and Surveys
• Collate responses from parties’ concern, track submission timelines and assist with submissions
Finance and Procurement
• Support officers to perform procurement for straightforward purchases
• Support officers to perform Goods Receipt for works done
• Track invoice payments
Accounts Administration
• Administrator of various systems, such as CorpPass accounts
Asset Management
• Support Fixed Assets Officer to maintain the list of IT assets in BCA
What we are looking for
Good knowledge of administrative and support work
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and simple IT skills
Has a strong desire to excel, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, written, verbal and ability to influence stakeholders
