Senior Executive/Executive (Corporate Services, HR)

What the role is

As part of the Corporate Services team, you will provide administrative support for a range of human resource functions, which may include recruitment, payroll and benefits, HR database management, and other matters related to staff movement. In addition, you will serve as Personal Assistant to the Chief Statistician, providing executive and secretarial support to ensure the smooth running of the Chief Statistician's office.

What you will be working on

Human Resources • Provide administrative support for human resource work processes e.g. recruitment (calling of candidates, scheduling interviews, shortlisting candidates), HR database management (updating of Excel/Word documents) • Provide logistical support and coordinating events with students or staff e.g. recruitment talk with students, coordinating internal HR events with staff. Personal Assistant to Chief Statistician • Manage and maintain the Chief Statistician's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and engagements across internal and external stakeholders • Prepare and organise meeting materials, briefing documents, agendas, ensuring the Chief Statistician is well-prepared ahead of engagements • Coordinate travel arrangements for the Chief Statistician as well as processing of related claims upon completion of travel

What we are looking for
