What you will be working on
Key Responsibilities
(1) Financial Operations
Perform Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets functions
(2) Reporting
Assist the month-end, year-end and special purpose audit processes. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Coordinate procurement documentation and assist during audit fieldwork
(3) Systems & Process Management
Perform system role assignment requests and monitor adherence to strict month-end closing deadlines. Assist data and file migration validation to ensure accuracy during system transition
(4) Others
Support the team with any other ad-hoc financial or operational duties as assigned
What we are looking for
Knowledge/Skills:
• Above 5 years of relevant work experience in Financial Operations, Audit, or Accounting
• Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and accounting principles
• Proficient in executing job duties
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently or as a team player
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Experience in previous government agencies is advantageous
