Sr / Engineer, Integrated Maintenance, JWRP, Water Reclamation (Plants) Dept

As a Senior Engineer (Mechanical) with Jurong Water Reclamation Plant, your responsibilities would include the following:

• Prepare, plan and review the comprehensive inspection/maintenance programs for Mechanical equipment and ensure equipment are properly maintained in accordance to schedule. • Prepare, plan and review the maintenance budget, and ensure expenditure is utilised in accordance to plan. To prepare and monitor budget and forecast for OPEX. • Carry out predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance works and ensure smooth and safe operation of the Mechanical equipment. • Carry out troubleshooting, servicing and maintenance of Mechanical equipment, and ensure that equipment are properly maintained as per schedule. • Guide contractors when carrying out major overhauling, repair and servicing of Mechanical equipment. • Lead, supervise, coordinate and provide guidance to team members in projects and initiatives to achieve plant’s mission and objective. • Facilitate, liaise and communicate with staff and stakeholders on all matters to ensure operational reliability, achieve works targets against timeline, safety and innovation, and to resolve issues, as assigned by Supervisors. • Prepare specifications, scope of works and cost estimates, and call tenders and quotations for maintenance and repair works. • Maintain and update maintenance record of equipment for asset management, and ensure follow up on asset management and procurement requirements that include raising Purchase Orders and Works Orders, generating Goods Receipt Notes and Completion Certificates.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering • Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience are preferred • Willingness to learn, teamwork, and strong safety mindset Work Location • Jurong Water Reclamation Plant
