What the role is
What you will be working on
Planning Administrative & Coordination Support
• Support the administration and coordination of planning-related activities, such as workplans, engagements, logistics coordination.
• Assist in corporate planning processes by gathering data, conducting simple analysis, and preparing reports.
• Coordinate information requests and submissions across schools and corporate departments, ensuring clarity of requirements, adherence to timelines and quality outcomes.
• Maintain organised records of planning documents, monitor progress of RP’s performance, provide regular updates and areas for improvement.
• Support the preparation of reports, summaries, and presentation materials by consolidating inputs and ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Perform secretariat duties for meetings and committees by coordinating papers, preparing agendas, recording minutes, tracking action items, and supporting timely closure of follow‑ups.
• Support cross-functional or cross-departmental workstreams as needed.
Organisation Development
• Support change management efforts, stakeholder centricity initiatives and innovation initiatives, including surveys, focus group discussions and engagement activities, by preparing materials and reviewing innovation nominations to strengthen their quality, clarity and impact.
• Assist in the administration of change management and stakeholder engagement activities by preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and tracking participation and outcomes.
• Assist in process improvement efforts by documenting procedures and identifying areas for enhancement.
• Provide administrative support for board meetings and engagement activities.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with established procedures.
What we are looking for
Qualifications & Experience
• A recognised degree in a relevant discipline. Professional qualification in Strategic Planning, Organisational Development, or related fields will be considered an advantage.
• At least 1-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in planning, project coordination, or organisational development roles.
• Experience in data analysis, report writing, and stakeholder engagement is valued.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and top management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
