Manager or Senior Manager / IT
What the role is
What you will be working on
Design and implement secure cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. aligned with government policies and standards (e.g., IM8, Zero Trust)
Oversee contractors managing application systems hosted in the Cloud to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability
Enable and support Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices in collaboration with application teams, and drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for proactive system management
Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and changes in accordance with ITIL processes, perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements
Work with the CISO to manage and coordinate responses to cybersecurity incidents
Manage contracts for security testing services, including Network Vulnerability Assessment, Cloud and Web Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, and Source Code Reviews
Manage contracts for Distributed Denial of Service(DDoS) mitigation and Web Application Firewall (WAF) services for application systems
Conduct change management to support operations and ensure governance compliance
What we are looking for
Experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with a good understanding of Azure services (e.g., Compute, Networking, Storage, Identity & Access Management). Knowledge of AWS is a plus.
Familiarity with ITIL service management processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management
Experience with observability tools (e.g. Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana) and container technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
