Sr/Exec/Engineer, Integrated Services, KWRP, WRP

1. Plan and carry out comprehensive maintenance programs (predictive, preventive and corrective) for ICA & Cybersecurity equipment, monitor progress of works, ensure proper maintenance records are updated in AMS, and identify causes of equipment failures to implement corrective measures. 2. Estimate and monitor CAPEX/OPEX expenditure for ICA & Cybersecurity Section, ensure budgeted expenditures are met, and oversee timely closure of Works Orders and Purchase Orders. 3. Prepare specifications, scope of works, cost estimates and call tenders / quotations for maintenance, repair and replacement works for ICA & Cybersecurity equipment. 4. Support development, process and energy optimization, innovation and SMART projects, by analysing equipment data and implementing measures to improve Plant processes and cybersecurity measures 5. Perform regular patch and update for firmware and OS in SCADA and PLC systems, manage anti-virus servers, update anti-virus definitions to all clients and remove viruses from affected systems. 6. Perform, maintain and update the equipment, store and software inventories, and track of all software licensing. 7. Ensure all SCADA/PLCs/Cyber Security equipment comply to the Board’s cybersecurity requirements in accordance to the Cyber Security Agency’s (CSA) Cybersecurity Act, Legislations and the Cybersecurity Code of Practice (CCoP). 8. Lead and manage team members by providing guidance and supervision, manage staff training and development, and ensure all ICA works comply with safety standards and statutory requirements. 9. Available on standby after office hours for any urgent work.

• Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering • Minimum 3 years experience in any SCADA and PLC Systems • Prior experience in cybersecurity solutions and tools preferred
