Sr/Asst Engineer, Integrated Services, CWRP, WRP

As an Assistant Engineer/Senior Assistant Engineer (Plant Integration) at the Changi Water Reclamation Plant, you will play a vital role in supporting the integrated operation of the plant to treat used water, produce high quality NEWater, and ensure safe discharge to the sea. You will work closely with the Operations & Maintenance and Project  team to enhance operational effectiveness, and contribute to a safe, reliable, and collaborative work environment. We are looking for motivated individuals to join us. Your main responsibilities are:

Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) • Monitor and facilitate IFM service delivery in accordance with contract specifications and site operational requirements. • Coordinate and follow up on corrective actions arising from inspections, feedback, complaints, or service lapses to ensure timely resolution. • Participate in regular IFM coordination meetings and prepare updates, reports, and maintenance or performance records. • Support the planning, coordination, and management of renovation and refurbishment works within the plant environment. Physical Security and Access Management • Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and periodic review of plant security systems, access controls, and security procedures. • Support supervision and coordination of security personnel and maintenance/service contractors involved in security systems. • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies on security related matters, incidents, and improvement measures. • Ensure compliance with organisational policies, security standards, and relevant regulatory requirements. Development and Expansion Works • Coordinate with project teams on construction activities, work schedules, site access arrangements, and operational constraints within a live plant environment. • Review project proposals, drawings, and plans from an operational, facilities, and security integration perspective. • Support testing, commissioning, handover, and defect rectification of new or upgraded facilities to ensure operational readiness and safety.

• Diploma in Engineering (e.g. Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic) or equivalent • Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills. • Independent, result-oriented and self-driven team player • Comfortable with working in used water environment and physically able to perform site works Work Location Changi Water Reclamation Plant
