This is a hands-on, staff-level role focused on delivering usable tools and workflow improvements. This is a 1-year contract role. The successful candidate will be offered a 1-year contract.

What you will be working on

You will work closely with architects, planners and technology teams to: 1. Develop automation solutions Build lightweight scripts, tools and workflows to automate repetitive tasks such as document processing, data handling and file management. 2. Improve day-to-day workflows Identify workflow pain points and translate them into simple, practical technical solutions that staff can adopt easily. 3. Enable adoption and usability Ensure solutions are user-friendly, well-documented and maintainable by non-technical users. 4. Coordinate with technology teams. Act as a liaison with our IT teams to communicate requirements and support implementation of solutions. Within the contract period, you are expected to: - Deliver working automation tools or scripts addressing key workflow bottlenecks. - Achieve measurable reductions in manual processing effort for selected tasks. - Establish simple, sustainable solutions that can be used and maintained by the team.
