What you will be working on
- Provide advice to departmental stakeholders on HR matters including deployment, exit, promotion, performance and potential
- Act as a career advisor to employees, supporting their career progression and developmental needs
- Manage employee affairs relating to compensation, benefits and awards, retention and exit management
- Apply data analytics to support HR staffing, workforce planning and restructuring plans, presenting insights clearly and concisely to management
- Manage and run the Defence Executive Officer (DXO) Annual Job Rotation (AJR) Exercise, working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation across all stages

- Analysing vast amounts of data and presenting meaningful insights to management
What we are looking for
- Education in Human Resource Management or a related field
- At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in human resource management is preferred
- Strong organisational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Independent and proactive
- Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
