What the role is

Role This role offers hands-on experience in employer branding, content creation, and digital marketing, with opportunities to shape how CSA engages and attracts young talent through creative storytelling and outreach initiatives.

What you will be working on

Key Responsibilities Employer Branding & Content Creation • Conceptualise and execute content strategies to position CSA as an employer of choice for young talent. • Manage the end-to-end content development process, including ideation, scripting, talent coordination, filming, editing, and post-production. • Conduct landscape scans and competitor analyses to identify trends and opportunities to strengthen CSA's young talent employer branding efforts. • Design outreach merchandise and coordinate with vendors throughout the production process. • Support the development of branding collaterals for agency outreach and events. Social Media Management • Plan and maintain content calendars for young talent programmes and campaigns. • Manage and update CSA's LinkedIn Life Page and relevant web content. • Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, and recommend improvements based on insights and trends. Marketing Campaigns & Outreach • Support the planning and execution of scholarship marketing campaigns, including vendor coordination and campaign management. • Support sectoral branding initiatives to raise awareness of tech and cyber careers in the public sector. • Provide on-ground support and content coverage for outreach events and engagement sessions. Process Improvement • Streamline and improve processes for identifying and featuring talents in CSA's employer branding initiatives. Ad-hoc Duties • Support other HR branding and outreach initiatives as assigned.

What we are looking for

Requirements • Background in communications, marketing, digital media, branding, or related disciplines preferred. • Strong interest in employer branding, content creation, and digital storytelling. • Familiarity with major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook. • Proficient in tools such as Canva, CapCut, and basic social media analytics platforms. • Strong writing and communication skills for digital and social media content. • Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or employer branding would be advantageous. • Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
