What you will be working on

Responsibilities The People Experience team within People & Culture Group focuses on enhancing employee experiences for officers across PSD through personalized and meaningful initiatives. As a temporary support role, you'll provide essential administrative, logistical, and communications assistance that helps the team deliver employee experience programs smoothly and effectively. We are looking for a Senior Assistant Executive (People Experience), PCG. What you will be working on Administrative Support • You'll provide timely administrative assistance for employee experience activities, including shortlisting candidates for programs, scheduling interviews, and preparing necessary documents to keep initiatives on track • You'll handle first-line responses to queries related to employee experience activities such as internship applications, providing helpful information and directing complex matters to the appropriate team members Event & Program Logistics • You'll coordinate logistical arrangements for employee engagement activities, from sourcing and procuring refreshments and materials to setting up venues for engagement sessions, industry talks, and onboarding activities • You'll assist with basic planning tasks for employee experience events such as engagement lunches and year-end gatherings, including researching vendors and preparing recommendations for team consideration Communications & Data Support • You'll assist in preparing publicity materials for employee experience events and initiatives, helping to promote programs across the organization • You'll maintain tracking of basic metrics related to employee experience activities and update relevant platforms and systems as guided by the team

What we are looking for

Requirements Join us if you have a passion for the people business and possess the following competencies:  Working Effectively with Citizens and External Stakeholders: You'll provide helpful guidance to officers on accessing information and identify situations that require special attention, proposing practical solutions to meet their needs.  Serving with Heart, Commitment and Purpose: You'll demonstrate care for officers' experiences by listening to their needs and concerns, taking responsibility for your assigned tasks, and following up promptly when needed.  Events Management: You'll provide logistical and administrative support for employee engagement events, ensuring smooth execution of activities that enhance officer experience. You will thrive in this role if you:  Have a genuine passion for improving people experience and supporting positive workplace environments  Are meticulous and can manage administrative and logistical tasks independently  Possess strong organizational skills and can handle multiple support functions effectively Applicants will typically be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the closing date of the job posting. Successful candidates will be offered a 6-month contract with the possibility of a 6-month extension.
