Senior Project Executive / Project Executive , Building & Infrastructure

We are looking for a proactive and dependable individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys coordinating operational and administrative activities to keep project running smoothly.

• Manage security clearance processes and related administrative requirements. • Process purchase orders and goods receipt accurately and promptly to support procurement activities. • Maintain proper project documentation, records and asset tracking across relevant systems. • Coordinate onboarding arrangements for new team members. • Coordinate project-related meetings, events and engagements. • Support the coordination of training programmes and capability development. • Provide administrative and operational support for strategic and planning activities.

• Diploma in any discipline. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. • Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively. • Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude. • Prior experience in project coordination, administrative, or operations support would be advantageous.
