What the role is

We are looking for an individual to provide administrative and operational support to the Estate and Land Use across a range of land management, facilities and records management functions. This role involves supporting day-to-day coordination and administrative activities to ensure the smooth management of land use matters, tenancy-related processes and project documentation.

What you will be working on

• Collate and maintain utilities-related data, verify, and compile waste tonnage records. • Track bankers’ guarantees, insurance policies and annual declaration for leased-in and leased-out sites. • Maintain proper electronic filing of land use consultations, proposals and project records. • Perform agency administrator duties for a Whole-of-Government data collaboration platform. • Provide administrative support for estate and land use-related operations and coordination activities.

What we are looking for

• Diploma in any discipline. • Preferably at least 3 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in facilities or estates management. • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel and Word. • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. • Able to work independently and collaboratively. • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
