The Community Partnership and Communications Group (CPCG) leads efforts to sustain and grow Home Team (HT)-centric communities which would support the HT in our work. Specifically, the HT has 12 volunteer schemes, and the team looks into ways to enhance the volunteering experience of our HT volunteers and private citizenry who volunteer their time and expertise. Our focus is on developing and reviewing the necessary frameworks and structures, to facilitate volunteer management and engagement, as well as retention. We also collaborate with the HT departments to conduct programmes to help the volunteers see their roles and contributions against the larger background of the HT’s work. Beyond programmes and activities, we also create communications materials for recruitment and outreach.
