What you will be working on
As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will be seconded to a dynamic team that drives and coordinates national caregiver support initiatives in areas such as care navigation, financial support, caregiver empowerment and training, respite care services and workplace support. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
As part of this team, your roles will involve:
• Developing and driving next bound caregiver support strategies and long-term direction for caregiver support efforts.
• Working closely with key agencies and stakeholders to drive policy and service development and delivery in alignment with national caregiver support strategies. This entails monitoring and analysing population trends and citizen feedback and identifying areas for review to strengthen caregiver support.
• Developing enablers, indicators, and communications and engagement efforts in support of caregiver support strategies.
What we are looking for
• Relevant working experience in social services, healthcare and/or policy formulation is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Meticulous and comfortable with numbers.
• Highly motivated and able to effectively work in a team in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with and bring on board multiple stakeholders with diverse interests.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
