What the role is

You supervise a team responsible for responding to the demands of Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF)'s 24/7 operations, both locally and globally.

What you will be working on

- Supervise a team in responding to the full spectrum of RSAF operational demands across local and global contexts - Manage and coordinate Medevac activations and the activation of the Rescue Coordination Centre (RCC) - Oversee training for the Operations Control Hub (OCH) to maintain team readiness and operational competency - Actively review and update OCH response plans to ensure they remain current and effective Challenge(s) - Maintaining operational readiness and coordinating effective responses

What we are looking for

- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse stakeholders - A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic team setting - Ability to manage stress in time-pressured environments, remaining calm and decisive under pressure - Willingness to perform shift work, including nights, weekends, and public holidays Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
