What you will be working on
1. Games’ Digital Content Strategy Development & Implementation
a. Oversee appointment of web development and social media agencies
b. Conduct digital landscape analysis and audience research across ASEAN markets
c. Create digital content framework and editorial guidelines
d. Design integration protocols between digital platforms and Games management systems
2. Games’ website development & management
a. Lead website development and management (including conceptualisation, user experience design, scoping of technical specification, and integration with results system)
b. Manage tender process for web development agency selection
c. Oversee website architecture design with integration capabilities for live results
d. Plan and coordinate Games content production (video, graphics, live updates)
3. Games’ Social Media Strategy & Channel Management
a. Establish and manage official social media channels and content strategy
b. Develop platform-specific content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
c. Establish community management protocols and response guidelines
d. Develop live social media coverage protocols for Games period
4. Games’ Content Production & Creative Coordination
a. Oversee appointment of creative and content production agencies
b. Manage video, photography, and graphic content production workflows for web and social content
c. Coordinate athlete profiling and behind-the-scenes content creation
d. Develop content distribution strategies across multiple platforms
5. Digital Content Integration and Systems Coordination
a. Establish data flow protocols between website, social media, and Games systems
b. Establish digital asset management systems
c. Ensure cybersecurity compliance across all digital platforms
d. Manage digital platform performance monitoring and optimisation
What we are looking for
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile.
An ideal candidate should possess:
• Related qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field
• Minimum 10 years of digital strategy and content management experience
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
• Experience with website development and content management systems
• Knowledge of sports content and real-time event coverage
• Experience in large-scale event branding or sports marketing will be a bonus
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with digital agencies and content production teams
• Resourceful with strong interpersonal, communications and writing skills
• Independent and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management and budget management capabilities
• Sensitive towards sentiments, political and cultural nuances
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Experience in multi-stakeholder environments
• Commitment to the full project timeline through Games completion
• Confident in presentation and persuasion skills to influence people at all levels
• Able to handle multiple tasks and deliver within tight deadlines
