What the role is
We are looking for resourceful, energetic and self-motivated individuals who are inspired to play an active role to make a difference to Singapore’s built environment.
What you will be working on
Curate training programmes in the areas Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications for built environment, mapped to recognised skills and competencies frameworks
Design curriculum and associated assessment methods, course materials, and coordinate effective course delivery across diverse learning formats
Participate in curriculum review processes to ensure programmes remain current with best practices and latest technological advances
Establish and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions, industry associations, and subject matter experts
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Built Environment related discipline
A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Built Environment, with demonstrated competency in adoption of IDD
Proficiency in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) methodologies, including BIM workflows, digital collaboration platforms, and data-driven design processes
Demonstrated experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies, including hands-on experience with AI platforms, data science tools, automation systems, or digital innovation projects, with ability to translate this knowledge and expertise into CET curricula
Independent & proactive, with strong self-management and initiative-taking abilities
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in team environments
Advanced Certification in Learning and Performance or equivalent recognised certification
Successful candidates will be offered contract employment.
