To ensure timely and smooth facilitation of the Auditor - General Office’s (AGO) thematic audit exercise, the Senior Officer (SO) will support all administrative work relating the audit for Exhibitions & Conferences (EC) and Conventions, Meetings & Incentive Travel (CMIT).

The SO will be responsible for supporting matters pertaining to all AGO queries on grants under EC and CMIT. These includes working with respective EC and CMIT officers to request for information and locating relevant supporting documents required by AGO as well as working with Corporate Planning team to put together the information as needed.

At least 5 years of work experience in a similar function
Ability to multi-task and follow-up in a timely manner
Familiarity with government grant schemes will be advantageous
Resourceful team player who focuses on achieving results with others
