The Manager/Senior Manager Workspace Experience works with a team of staff, including outsourced vendors, for the management of HTX’s workspace. This includes the planning, procurement, operation and continuous improvement of office spaces, meeting rooms, visitor management system, audio-visual (AV) and video-conferencing (VC) technology and associated facilities. The role also drives data-driven reporting and sustainability initiatives to support a modern, flexible and secure work environment that aligns with SG Secure targets and HTX’s Corporate Sustainability agenda.

What you will be working on
Workspace Data & Reporting
• Submit regular management reports and dashboards on Workspace matters, such as Facilities utilisation, Occupancy, Fulfilment of Corporate Helpdesk tickets etc), using data tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python and Powerapp
• Collate returns from divisions on Space Use matters
Technology Refresh and Procurement
• Plan and execute technology refresh and maintenance cycles for AV/VC equipment, room booking/visitor management system, sensors, display panels, etc
• Sourcing, procurement, project management, budget monitoring
Facilities Operations & Maintenance
• Work with vendors and cross functional teams to coordinate facilities operations and maintenance works, including Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works, electrical shut-downs and office improvement works
• Provide advice on space planning, logistics, and other Workspace related matters
• Oversee fixed-assets tagging, stocktakes, audits for Workspace Experience team
• Monitor utilities utilisation and investigate anomalies
• Oversee assignment of lockers
• Supervise contract staff to ensure fulfilment of Corporate Helpdesk tickets
• Updating of Layout Plan
• Review and refine workstation allocation policy to meet evolving space needs
Workplace Safety & Health (WSH)
• Draft risk assessments, pursue Bizsafe certification, incident reporting and risk management
Emergency Preparedness
• Lead emergency evacuation drills – nominate fire wardens, brief participants and monitor attendance
• Work with Public Service Mobiliser to ensure that HTX meets SG Secure Targets
Environmental Sustainability
• Collate statistics for HTX for sustainability reporting
• Represent C&F on the HTX Sustainability Committee and drive Greengov initiatives and projects
Any other ad hoc duties assigned
What we are looking for
• The candidate must be an independent worker, highly responsible and reliable, responsive, adaptable and resilient, with a positive working attitude
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, IT, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Experience in workplace/facilities management within a large scale office environment
• Track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and vendors
• Strong Analytical Skills, Tech Savvy. Experience building dashboards (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with room booking/visitor management systems, AV/VC platforms, Workplace Safety and Health regulations, Greengov reporting
• Experience in workplace management and project management
All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
