Executive/Senior Executive/Manager (Integrated Services Centre)

The job holder will be assigned to one of the main desks within the ICA Services Centres and will play a key role in upholding the integrity and reputation of the work unit. He/she will support the smooth operations of the Services Centre and work closely with strategic partners on current and future initiatives. The ISC has been established as part of ICA’s transformation to meet growing service demands. It is a next-generation facility equipped with integrated digital systems, biometric capabilities, and automation technologies, designed to enhance operational efficiency while providing customers with more seamless, secure, and convenient services.

• Process applications and appeals in accordance with ICA policy framework and the relevant legislations. • Liaise with external agencies on matters related to applications and case-related issues. • Conduct briefings for staff from other Ministries. • Prepare submissions summarising case backgrounds and assessment for higher management. • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned as by SADs, including organising department welfare and team bonding activities.

• A tertiary qualification in any discipline. • Ability to work independently and perform under pressure within tight deadlines. • Strong interpersonal and report writing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management or other government stakeholders. • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. • Meticulous with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in work processes. • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
