What you will be working on
Responsibilities
You will be part of a team in CSA to drive regional and international cyber capacity building efforts in order to build Singapore’s voice and influence in international and regional cybersecurity discussions. During your contract period, you will be involved in the development and implementation of a robust cyber capacity building programmes, meetings and events, including those related to Singapore’s ASEAN Chairmanship cybersecurity initiatives in 2027. In this role, you will have an opportunity to design programmes and take on leadership role in spearheading cyber capacity building projects. You will play a key role in planning and organising cyber capacity building workshops in partnership with local and overseas partners. You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of programmes, including stakeholder management of partners, vendors and participants, as well as administrative and logistical support. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support engagements with key regional and international counterparts, and contribute towards bilateral, regional, and multilateral cybersecurity cooperation efforts.
What we are looking for
Requirements
• At least a diploma or tertiary qualification, preferably in international relations, public policy, business, event management, or related fields
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills in workshop, programme, and event management
• Relevant experience in administrative, stakeholder, and logistical management would be advantageous
• Proficient in writing and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple project deadlines and competing priorities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
