What the role is

Nanyang Polytechnic is looking for a meticulous and people-oriented individual to join the Admissions & Academic Affairs Department. You will play a pivotal role in supporting Nanyang Polytechnic's data management efforts for key national surveys such as the Graduate Employment Survey (GES). Alongside this, you will provide support in managing student disciplinary matters.

What you will be working on

  • Co-leading the end-to-end management of the GES cycle, including organising and serving as the liaison between the Institutes of Higher Learning and the appointed vendor responsible for implementing the GES.
  • Producing summary reports and data analyses from GES findings for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the management of student disciplinary cases, including preparing case documentation and liaising with schools and relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate disciplinary records in accordance with NYP's data governance policies, ensuring files are properly archived and retrievable for audit purposes.

What we are looking for

  • Relevant qualifications in any discipline at degree level.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an educational institution or public sector setting.
  • Strong data management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with survey platforms or data management systems is an advantage.
  • Prior experience with or exposure to GES processes will be a distinct advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across different workstreams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners across institutions.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism
