What the role is

This position is for a 11-month temporary contract. The temporary staff will be responsible for managing a range of HR activities and processes to ensure continuity of operations during the maternity leave period. The key responsibilities include:

What you will be working on

Total Rewards • Administer the Annual Awards and retention initiatives within the Bureau. • Assist in the implementation and coordination of recognition and reward schemes Values & Conduct • Implement initiatives that promote the values, ethos, and code of conduct in alignment with public standards. • Assist in maintaining workplace standards and ethical practices. Projects and General Duties • Any other duties or projects as assigned by management.

What we are looking for

• Good written and communication skills; • Meticulous, resourceful and work effectively in teams as well as independently; and • Singaporean Citizen. • Please note that the candidate will be engaged through a recruitment agency.
