What you will be working on
- Assist valuers with valuation assignments including information collection, in-depth rental / TOL analysis, valuation methodology proposals, and rental/fire replacement cost assessments
- Conduct site inspections of properties requiring valuation assessment
- Engage with internal stakeholders and maintain relationships with colleagues to enhance operational efficiency
What we are looking for
Students with background in Real Estate or similar areas preferred.
Meticulous
Has great attention to details and can multi-task.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write professionally and engage effectively with stakeholders.
Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently/team and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to learn
Positive mindset and teamplayer
