What you will be working on

Job Responsibilities: Be part of the Strategy & Performance Team in shaping a competitive and sustainable HR system that attracts, retains, and develops an inspired, future-ready workforce. You will play a key role in contributing to the development, review, and implementation of policies and frameworks spanning compensation manpower planning and performance management. • Support the formulation of the Annual Pay Plan Proposal, including preparing the market data for benchmarking exercise by drawing on relevant industry surveys • Assist in developing pay simulations covering Performance Bonus, Merit Increment, Promotion Increment, and Salary Adjustments to assess competitiveness of base pay and total cash • Manage the administration and processing of all salary related payments, including bonus and increment and track cost impact to ensure that proposal is kept within allocated budget • Support the annual manpower planning process, projections of manpower requirements and implementation of the manpower plans. • Coordinate and prepare manpower-related papers, responses, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including submissions for Reinvestment Funds exercises • Prepare and maintain related Manpower Reports (regular/ad-hoc), including organisation charts, manpower summaries, movement analyses and related HR analysis for all stakeholders. • Maintain a working knowledge of Public Sector Manpower Management Framework and SportSG priorities that may impact the organisation's manpower planning. • Contribute to the design, review, and implementation of the organisation's performance management framework, ensuring alignment to organisational goals and public sector standards • Coordinate the annual performance appraisal cycle, including facilitating calibration and review processes • Provide advice to HRBP and recruiters on compensation performance and manpower matters.

What we are looking for

Job Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following; • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience in the area of performance, compensation and /or manpower planning. • Applicants with IHRP certifications are welcomed. • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment. • Strong proficient in Microsoft Excel such as applying formulas, pivot table, vlookup and forecasting and competent in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word • Proficient in analytics software such as Tableau will be advantageous • A team player who is customer focused, has a sense of urgency, meticulous and with strong organisation skills and ability to collaborate across all levels and teams. • Independent, adaptive and innovative individual with strong appreciation of processes and good numerical and analytical skills. • Able to navigate ambiguity, digital-savvy, communications and interpersonal skills The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 2/3- years’ contract in the first instance. Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
