What you will be working on
- Leading SSI's quality assurance efforts for sector CET, including managing course endorsement processes with respective funding bodies, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and funding requirements.
- Developing and overseeing frameworks for evaluating the effectiveness and impact of SSI's training programmes, including designing evaluation methodologies, analysing data, and translating findings into actionable improvements.
- Overseeing the management and quality assurance of SSI's adult educator (AE) pool, including onboarding, engagement, and ongoing development of AEs to ensure access to a diverse and capable network of sector practitioners.
- Driving digitalisation capability development for the social service sector, including identifying training needs, curating or developing relevant programmes, and partnering with agencies and training providers to build digital literacy among social service professionals.
- Supervising and mentoring a team of learning and development professionals, providing coaching, setting clear goals, and supporting their professional growth.

Skills Required
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to design and implement outcome evaluation frameworks
- Familiarity with SSG frameworks, course endorsement processes, and CET quality assurance requirements
- Ability to engage and manage a diverse pool of adult educators and sector stakeholders
- Adaptability and resilience in working across multiple workstreams and with a wide range of stakeholders, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to senior management and external partners
- Keen interest in digitalisation and its application to workforce development in the social service sector
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, with an interest in leveraging technology to enhance work processes and collaboration
Experience & Special Certification(s)
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in training quality assurance, workforce development, or learning and development roles, preferably in the social service or people sector
- Experience working with SSG frameworks and course endorsement processes would be advantageous
