What the role is

The trainee will gain exposure to event management and the various aspects of communications and engagement in HTA.

What you will be working on

1. Support implementation of HTA’s branding initiatives which can include brand review exercise, brand audits, the design and implementation of corporate and staff collaterals 2. Support development and planning to guide social media content on HTA’s shared platforms, including content development as well as develop internal comms broadcast 3. Support media publicity plans, develop media materials, plan and execute media events, and support on-site facilitation of media interviews 4. Work with creative agencies for the conceptualisation and production of corporate video and editors and publishers for the design and production of the HTA publications 5. Support HTA in the management of major events

What we are looking for

Candidates with tertiary qualifications equipped with the relevant skillsets for project management and able to conceptualise, plan and work independently or as a team with relevant stakeholders

Eligibility for GRIT@Gov traineeship

The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.

All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
  • Graduated or graduating in 2024, 2025 or 2026 from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
  • Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024, 2025 or 2026.
  • Applicants must have no prior working experience and must be prepared to commit to a full-time traineeship.

Trainees who complete their studies from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions within 2026 but who will only receive their qualification/certification award in 2027 are eligible for the programme as well.
