What you will be working on
• Evaluate and conduct due diligence on real estate and development opportunities
• Lead portfolio and asset assessments, including operational and compliance reviews
• Perform market research, financial analysis, and feasibility studies to support decision-making
• Support development initiatives, adaptive reuse projects, and asset enhancement strategies
• Develop proposals, presentation materials, and stakeholder engagement strategies
• Drive portfolio optimization, operational improvements, and value creation initiatives
• Coordinate project execution, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate submissions, and carry out tender process to award
• Ensure tender process is compliant with policies and procedures
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Present recommendations and project updates to senior management
What we are looking for
• Background in Finance, Arts, Real Estate, Business, or related discipline
• 3–5 years’ experience in real estate, business development, or project execution roles
• Good understanding of real estate markets, asset operations, and development processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in financial analysis, market research and feasibility assessment preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Self-motivated team player with strong organizational and execution capabilities
