[LTA-PT] MANAGER/DEPUTY MANAGER, SINGAPORE BUS ACADEMY
What the role is
What you will be working on
We seek passionate individuals to be part of our Singapore Bus Academy (SGBA) team to develop and deliver courses offered under the centralised academy and support the running of the academy dedicated to bus industry professionals.
You will need to work with LTA divisions and external stakeholders, such as public transport operators, Institutes of Higher Learning and SkillsFuture Singapore, and external service providers/vendors to develop/revise the curriculum for new/existing courses under the Skills Framework for the public bus industry and conduct centralised training and assessment for bus employees from all public bus operators.
You will also need to manage training operations and perform duties including fees setting, budgeting, documentation, project management and other responsibilities required for the running of the academy.
What we are looking for
Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) is required.
A Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) with good curriculum development experience will be a strong advantage.
Passionate in Learning and Development and attentive to details.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and independent working abilities.
Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.
Self-motivated team player with analytical and problem-solving skills.
Candidates with relevant working experience in Adult Training on Blended learning and WSQ/SSG framework or training centre operations will have an advantage.
Current work locations:
- Ulu Pandan Bus Depot
- Gali Batu Bus Depot
Required to travel to other satellite training centres as assigned.
