Singapore Polytechnic's Professional and Adult Continuing Education (PACE) Academy is a leading continuing education and training (CET) academy that advocates the pursuit of lifelong learning and skills mastery. We offer a wide range of training programmes for adult learners to enhance their employability, and partner the industry closely in workforce development.

Reporting to the Senior Manager (Short Course), the appointee will support the administration and operations of CET training programmes.

What you will be working on

Responsibilities:-

  • Administer learner registrations, enrolments, withdrawals and attendance records.
  • Coordinate course logistics, including classrooms, training facilities, learning platforms, and teaching resources. 
  • Liaise with academic staff, trainers, vendors, and stakeholders to support smooth course delivery.
  • Coordinate examination preparation and support exam invigilation duties when required.
  • Assist with data collection and reporting for internal reviews, management reporting, and external submission where applicable.
  • Support process improvements, operational coordination, and other CET-related administrative duties as assigned.

What we are looking for

Requirements:-

  • At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in educational programme management or training operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational, time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
