What you will be working on
[Job Responsibilities]
• Maintain calendar of appointments and ensure alignment across calendars.
• Manage guests’ invitations and personnel/vehicle clearance into the premises.
• Draft and revise correspondences, ensuring all edits are accurately incorporated.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls and correspondences.
• Maintain proper record-keeping and facilitate the retrieval of documents.
• Maintain a petty cash fund and ensure proper disbursement.
• Manage the office’s feedback email account (e.g. suggestions/requests from the public) by directing the email to the relevant parties for follow-up and sending simple replies.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Perform any other related duties when required.

An ideal candidate should possess the following:
• Singapore Citizenship.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in secretarial work.
• Previous experience in the Public Service is advantageous.

• Meticulous, able to plan and organise work effectively.
• Possess sensitivity and tact to handle confidential information.
• Good command of spoken & written English.
• Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable using AI tools to support day-to-day work.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various parties.
