What you will be working on
• You will lead and oversee staff engagement and culture-building efforts across ACE Group, ensuring initiatives are aligned with organisational priorities and drive meaningful outcomes. This includes partnering Human Resource Department to support the administration of WOG employee engagement survey(s) within ACE Group, interpreting findings, and translating insights into actionable recommendations to inform leadership decision-making and strengthen organisational culture.
• You will serve as the key point of contact and subject matter expert for staff engagement matters, providing strategic advice to stakeholders and driving collective ownership of engagement efforts across ACE Group. You will work closely with ACE leadership, branches, and the Human Resources Department to shape and implement engagement strategies and initiatives.
• You will lead the development and implementation of ACE Group's staff learning and development (L&D) strategies through learning needs analysis and staff capability planning. This includes partnering MOM Academy and branches to identify staff capability gaps, support the development of learning roadmaps across job families, and curate relevant learning interventions aligned with organisational priorities. You will establish and review indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of staff development efforts.
• You will oversee internal communications across ACE Group, including communication channels, platforms, EDMs, and key organisational messaging. You will ensure communications are clear, timely, engaging, and aligned with ACE Group's values, culture, and strategic priorities.
What we are looking for
• At least 5-8 years of experience in staff engagement, internal communications, learning and development, or related fields, with a track record of leading organisation-wide initiatives
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate organisational priorities into practical and impactful initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft clear narratives and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and levels of seniority
• Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret engagement data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience with communication and design tools such as Canva or equivalent platforms would be an advantage
