The Manager, Assets and Inventory Branch is responsible for overseeing the organisation's vehicle management, facilities management, logistics support, and assets and inventory functions. The incumbent will ensure the smooth and efficient administration of these areas through effective vendor and stakeholder management, timely reporting, and sound operational oversight.

What you will be working on
Vehicle Management
The incumbent will serve as the primary liaison with suppliers on matters relating to vehicle repairs, routine checks, and replacement. He/she will work closely with the vendor to manage and maintain the fleet management system and prepare regular reports on vehicle usage and traffic violations. The incumbent will also liaise with officers on vehicle-related matters to ensure their needs are addressed in a timely manner.
Facilities Management
The incumbent will be responsible for liaising with the Managing Agent on all matters relating to office maintenance, ensuring that the workplace is kept in good working condition and that maintenance issues are addressed promptly.
Logistics Support
The incumbent will provide logistics support to the organisation, ensuring that operational needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Assets and Inventory Management
The incumbent will oversee the annual stock take exercise, ensuring that it is conducted accurately and in a timely manner. He/she will also be responsible for maintaining adequate stock levels, handling the disposal of assets and inventory in accordance with established procedures, and preparing the necessary reports arising from the stock take.
