What the role is

Drive NAC's brand positioning and audience engagement through integrated marketing campaigns, digital performance optimisation and strategic social media management that deliver measurable results in supporting NAC’s strategic objectives.

What you will be working on

Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to advance NAC's brand positioning, market presence, and audience growth and/or engagement targets.   

  • Support in the planning and implementation of NAC’s annual Singapore Art Week Integrated Marketing Campaigns, incorporating inputs from VA and SAW Workgroup’s partners

  • Collaborate across brand, creative, media, socials and PR agencies to ensure alignment with NAC’s strategic objectives

  • Provide domain expertise and facilitate discussions between VA and partners with the Aud Development planning team to ensure that NAC’s Aud insights are embedded throughout the planning and programming process.

Provide expert marketing counsel and collaborative support to internal teams and external partners, ensuring consistent brand application across all touchpoints.

  • Partner with sector leads to advance NAC’s mission and strategic objectives

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners as a collaborative marketing partner, providing practical advice on campaigns, messaging, and brand application. In a small team setting, this means being hands-on and responsive — reviewing materials, aligning on creative direction, and making sure that the corporate positioning is clearly communicated across all touchpoints - whether it's a social post, a proposal deck, or an event backdrop.

NAC social media marketing - Digital Performance Optimisation

  • Working closely with NAC-appointed vendors and partners, develop and implement the strategic digital content plan across NAC's social media platforms, with the goal of expanding reach and deepening engagement.

What we are looking for

  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing and audience development, preferably within the arts, culture, lifestyle, or creative industries. 

  • Proven track record in strategic campaign management, brand positioning, digital marketing and audience insights,

  • Experience working across government, corporate, and creative sectors, as well as leading high-profile public campaigns.
