What you will be working on
Key responsibilities include:
1. Operations Support
- Support M&E systems monitoring and maintenance documentation
- Assist in facilities management operations (cleaning, security, events, carpark management)
- Maintain databases, prepare reports, and update documentation
2. Digital Transformation Projects
- Assist in digitising manual processes and paper-based systems
- Help develop digital dashboards for facility performance monitoring
- Contribute to automation of routine maintenance scheduling and reporting
- Assist in creating digital workflows for service requests and approvals
Learning Outcomes

What we are looking for
Internship Period: Full-time internship from June - December 2026 (3 months internship or longer preferred).

Undergraduate Students pursuing Engineering / Facilities Management courses.
We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Familiarity with digital design tools (Canva, basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred)
- Interest in IoT, building automation systems, and digital transformation
- Basic programming or database management skills will be an advantage
