As a (Senior) Manager, Data Administration in the Research and Management Information Division, you will work with a team of officers to manage student data and the Student Hub system. You will also provide support in data governance and management matters.

What you will be working on
• Conceptualise and implement enhancements to the Student Hub system to support policy implementation, improve operational efficiency and facilitate data integration between the Student Hub and other systems
• Support the Team Lead in facilitating the development of new data repositories and ensuring data accuracy and system reliability by engaging stakeholders to gather requirements, design test scenarios, prepare test data and conduct user acceptance tests
• Work with stakeholders to plan and coordinate multiple data collection cycles and establish data standards to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Identify, investigate and resolve data issues through engaging stakeholders and coordinating with data sources
• Identify and implement technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and digitalisation tools, to improve or transform work and data processes
• Provide advice on data governance and management where relevant
What we are looking for
• Interest in data management, problem-solving and process improvement
• An independent, proactive and resourceful individual with good interpersonal, writing and communication skills
• A detail-oriented individual with the ability to work in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Prior experience in data management, system migration/ development, knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, or programming would be an advantage
