What you will be working on
• Oversee and manage various digital products, including microsites, websites, and the intranet
• Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g. users, IT Department, and vendors) to ensure reliable operation, development, and maintenance throughout the product lifecycle
• Manage budgets, timelines and procurement for digital initiatives/ projects
• Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and WOGAA to measure, analyse and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns, social media outreach and website traffic
• Maintain content on websites, as well as write custom code for microsites and web pages
What we are looking for
• Familiarity with common web/ mobile technologies, platform capabilities and/ or Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Good understanding of web programming languages such as Hypertext Markup Language (HTML5), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and JavaScript
• Proficiency in web and social media analytics tools
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• An effective team player with good writing, communication and problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail
• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation, keyword marketing and advertising would be an advantage
• Prior experience in conducting user research, usability testing, interpreting data and deriving meaningful insights for product improvements would be an advantage
