What you will be working on
Talent Engagement & Programme Support
• Work closely with the Talent Management Manager to develop the talent engagement plan and to implement the engagement activities to support the plan.
• Develop new engagement initiatives to better engage our CSA talents and scholars.
• Manage comprehensive logistics and administrative support for talent engagement initiatives, including event coordination, programme planning, and stakeholder management. This includes venue and catering arrangements, material preparation, database maintenance, and supporting
the execution of talent development activities.
Scholar Administration & Claims Management
• Process and manage scholars’ claims, reimbursements, and queries according to established guidelines and service standards. This includes handling scholar enquiries, providing guidance on policies and procedures, and supporting workflow automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Scheduling of multiple meetings using Microsoft Outlook while noting the requirements for each scheduled event.
• Work with the Talent Management Manager to implement any changes to work processes.
• Periodically update the Talent Management Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Data Tracking, Data Analysis & AI Automation
• Work closely with the Talent Management Manger to review the current work processes and to tap into AI tools (and/or any other initiatives) to streamline processes.
• Track the scholarship data and consistently maintain several databases.
• Manage the inflow of scholarship documents and organize them effectively.
• Meticulously file the documents for the scholars and improve data tracking process.
