You are the technical engine of our data exploration efforts. In the fast-paced world of tourism, new data opportunities emerge constantly, but their true value is often locked away. Your mission is to be the key that unlocks it.
This role is the technical counterpart to our Data Partnership Managers, forming a dynamic duo to accelerate our data pilots. While the Partnership Manager defines the business problem/opportunity and secures the data, you will deep-dive into the data - to wrangle the data, test hypotheses, and build compelling proof-of-concept dashboards and analyses. You are the "technical expert" in our "tech sales" model.
Success in this position means rapidly transforming raw, messy data from new data pilots and data partnerships into tangible, high-impact prototypes that showcase the possibilities and maximum potential we can achieve with our data. You will deliver the evidence and initial insights that determine which data pilots graduate to become scaled, industry-wide data products.
This contract role sits within the Data Exploration and Partnerships (DXP) department. We are looking for a data practitioner who is passionate in data exploration, experimentation, and moving quickly to create tangible impact.
